J2J Commercial Series: Contractual Good Faith

We are delighted to announce the dates of our J2J Commercial Series for 2022. These interactive sessions are aimed at junior commercial litigators wishing to build up their knowledge of some of the issues that come up regularly in practice or more senior practitioners looking for a refresher.

Emma Hynes and Katrina Mather will trace the key developments in the emerging role of good faith in contracts. They will look at key case law, and consider the circumstances in which an obligation of good faith might expressly or impliedly affect a sale of goods contract.
