Set yourself up for the challenging day ahead and before your breakfast meetings. We will meet at 7.15am on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and find a peaceful spot on the beach.
Bring your own hula hoop.
All abilities welcome. We’re not instructors or anything as exotic as that. We just like hula hooping and it’s a good way to start the day. We’re going to be doing it anyway, and we’d love anyone else to join us if you’d like to.
If you want to try it and haven’t got a hula hoop yet, they are portable (so will easily fit in your hand luggage or suitcase), easy to get hold of and cost between £10-£20. Example here.
