PJ Kirby QC and Stephen Brown speak at the Legal Business Commercial Litigation Summit 2019

PJ Kirby KC and Stephen Brown will be speaking at this year’s Legal Business Commercial Litigation Summit on 1 July 2019.

Their talk, The legal and regulatory pitfalls for the unwary in cross-border litigation, will investigate the issues affecting litigation involving cross-border teams.  The panel will discuss privilege, costs, conduct of litigation rules and the limitations imposed on the direct access barrister, third party funding and the problems causes by conflicting professional conduct rules.
