Gatehouse Chambers will be supporting the R3 Southern Forum event on 18 March 2026.
The day will follow the course of a corporate insolvency from the onset of financial trouble, considering the options available for rescue and recovery and how to appropriately value the company. This will culminate in a challenge to a decision made by an insolvency practitioner which results in a court hearing with a live demonstration of advocacy and analysis. It promises to be an interactive and practical day with delegate interaction.
