Urbano’s first event of 2026 is a speaker panel networking breakfast, sponsored by Stewart Title.
We are delighted to include two illustrious speakers on our panel: Kiran Patel, Head of EMEA Offices Research at Cushman Wakefield and Alexander Jan, Chief Economic Adviser at London Property Alliance (CPA & WPA) and Chair of Central District Alliance and Hatton Garden BIDs.
This event will look at the shape of London’s commercial property market, especially offices and retail, how policies like planning and the London Plan, which Alex helped author, are shaping developments across London and how AI, the changing nature of the workplace and issues like the business rates re-evaluation in April will drive or hinder growth.
This event is hosted by Gatehouse Chambers, leading barristers specialising in commercial, construction, insurance and property law, at their Gray’s Inn event space where all attendees will enjoy pastries, yoghurts, fruit, and tea and coffee.
There will be plenty of time to meet and connect with the speakers and other attendees, who will be drawn from across a range of property, real estate and other sectors and specialisms.
