Gemma Witherington obtains substantial damages in D’Agostino personal injury case

Gemma Witherington has been acting (instructed by Bird & Lovibond) for Mr D’Agostino who was injured when he fell whilst carrying a vase at Yotam Ottolenghi’s restaurant in Belgravia.   Mr D’Agostino’s employer, the florist Caroline Farthing, whom he accompanied whilst she was replenishing clients’ floral displays, was held responsible and ordered to pay substantial damages.  The case has attracted a fair amount of press coverage including in the Daily Mail.
