Hardwicke and Lex Anglo-Brasil: International Arbitration roundtable discussions

Hardwicke and Lex Anglo-Brasil will be hosting three breakfast roundtable discussions at Hardwicke in 2017, hosted by Frederico Singarajah and chaired by Constantine Partasides QC, Gary Born and Lord Goldsmith QC, respectively.

The discussions will centre around the issues arising out of international arbitrations where English and Latin American parties meet as lawyers conducting the case, counsel acting as advocates and arbitrators sitting alone or on a panel.
