Hardwicke barristers are self-employed; they are not employed by Hardwicke and do not receive a salary. The barristers share the cost of running chambers between them. Some barristers have a public profile outside their legal work. They write articles or appear in the media in a private professional capacity. Unless clearly stated otherwise, these barristers are not representing Hardwicke. They are speaking for themselves and Hardwicke does not endorse their views.
