Penny joined Gatehouse in July 2025 as Executive Assistant to the CEO.
Penny brings a varied set of experience from working in account service in fast-paced marketing agencies, establishing an online retail business and working as a freelance marketeer. During the Covid pandemic Penny worked as a wellbeing mentor in a large sixth form college in Surrey, a role which she found challenging but rewarding.
Most recently, Penny was the Business Development and Marketing Manager at The Children’s Trust, a charity in Tadworth which provides rehabilitation for children with acquired brain injuries.
Penny enjoys ‘The Great Outdoors’ especially hiking, as well as travelling and watching live music.
