Adjudication Day 2024

Gatehouse Chambers’ Adjudication Day will be returning on 28th February 2024!  This half-day conference provides an opportunity to hear from some of the country’s leading construction barristers on all the latest developments and hot topics in Adjudication. Suitable for all levels of expertise.

The Adjudication Day will include a general update on recent Adjudication case law, and a deeper dive into some of the issues including a debate on the the recent case of Bellway Homes Ltd v Surgo Construction Ltd.  Delegates will be encouraged to join the discussions and to enjoy the chance to meet the team and exchange ideas with others over lunch and evening drinks.
