With the arrival of COVID19, hearings in dispute resolution proceedings have to a significant extent gone virtual. There are different views about the advantages/disadvantages of having virtual hearings.
Although various reservations continue to be raised about virtual hearings, it is clear that they are taking place. This has resulted in the publication of various guidelines/protocols/notes on the holding of virtual hearings.

We are delighted to be joined by Artem Doudko of Osborne Clarke and Niuscha Bassiri of Hanotiau & van den Berg.
