#HardwiceBrew – Insolvency – Impact of Brexit and Enforcement

Hardwicke’s Insolvency Team are delighted to announce the details of their next #HardwickeBrew on Thursday, 11 March.

The patchy and somewhat torturous implementation of Brexit has led to significant uncertainty in the place of previous well-established procedures and jurisprudence. Jonathan Titmuss and Ryan Hocking will discuss the current state of cross-border insolvency issues in Europe, including the effect of Brexit on jurisdiction and centres of main interest, recognition of foreign insolvency proceedings, and cross-border requests for assistance.
