With some courts closed and inevitable backlogs building up, now is the time to think about whether it might be possible to resolve a dispute through ADR. Hardwicke has therefore joined with ADR ODR Int to run a series of informal #HardwickeBrew Zoom sessions to explain how you can set up and run ADR online.
The first of these sessions will look at online mediation and will be hosted by PJ Kirby QC and Sarah McCann of Hardwicke (who between them act as counsel, mediators, judges and adjudicators) and Rahim Shamji of ADR ODR Int, a leading online mediation specialist, with John de Waal QC (counsel and mediator) moderating. They will be chatting through how you organise an online mediation, whether you can really ensure confidentiality in an online session and a host of other questions which they have come up against. They will also be inviting you to send in questions in advance (please send these to firstname.lastname@example.org) or raise them on the day.
So bring along your coffee/tea and join them. Wandering children and pets welcome!
If you would like to take part, please indicate this by e-mailing: email@example.com.
We look forward to catching up at a safe social distance!
