The final seminar in our J2J Commercial Series will take place online via Zoom at 17:30 on 8 September 2020, and concerns thorny yet commonplace problems arising out of the quantification of damages, and how to avoid those difficulties.
In particular, this seminar, hosted by Rajiv Bhatt, Priya Gopal and Michael Levenstein, will give practical tips on how best to prepare loss of a chance and loss of profit claims, as well as reviewing the principles governing Wrotham Park/negotiated damages following the decision of the Supreme Court in Morris-Garner v One Step [2018] UKSC 20.
