#HardwickeBrew – Insolvency Roadmap

Hardwicke’s Insolvency Team are delighted to announce the details of their next #HardwickeBrew taking place at 4pm on Thursday, 25th February 2021.

On 22nd February the Prime Minister is publishing a roadmap for the return to normality for businesses and individuals across England and Wales. But when can we expect a return to normal for debt recovery and corporate insolvency? The team will be looking at the draft Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020 (Coronavirus) (Change of Expiry Date) Regulations 2021 and considering what it might mean for the current rules on wrongful trading and the enforcement moratorium.

Phillip Patterson, Ryan Hocking and Katrina Mather will be guiding the discussion with Jonathan Titmuss moderating and encouraging questions/thoughts from those attending.
