The Hardwicke Insolvency Team will be running their next session in the popular #HardwickeBrew at 4pm on 14 May.
#HardwickeBrews are online, informal Zoom chats aimed at keeping everyone up to date and giving us all a forum in which to exchange opinions and experiences.
So, armed with whatever drink you need to get you through these lockdown afternoons, please join us to discuss some of the issues being raised by the recent Covid-19 situation. The discussion on 14 May will be led by Jonathan Titmuss, Phillip Patterson and Ryan Hocking with Usman Roohani acting as moderator.
Much of the discussion at the moment is, understandably, on the rescue and protection of businesses struggling during these unprecedented times. However, what about creditors who are being unreasonably exploited, perhaps by delinquent directors using Covid as an excuse? In a shift of focus, this week, Jonathan, Phillip and Ryan will discuss what those creditors can and can’t do in light of the various announcements from Government. Please get in touch with Usman Roohani, preferably before the session starts, if you would like to pose any questions or make any comments on these issues. You will of course also be able to do this during the #HardwickeBrew itself.
Wandering children or pets welcome! It is all part of the Brew experience.
