We are delighted to announce the dates for our Junior to Junior (J2J) Construction Online Seminar Series for 2021-2022. These J2J webinars are aimed at construction practitioners wishing to build up their knowledge of some of the issues that come up regularly in practice.
The final session will take place at 12.30pm on 15 February 2022. James Shaw and Simon Kerry will discuss the interplay between construction and insolvency law, and introduce some of the issues that can arise in practice.
