Taking care of business: Where have we got to with business interruption insurance claims, and what happens next? (in-person seminar)

Gatehouse Chambers’ Insurance Team will be hosting their next conference on Tuesday 24th October 2023.

The panel will discuss the state of play in business interruption insurance claims, as the post FCA v Arch cases work their way through the Commercial Court, with a particular focus on standard wordings, resolved and unresolved points of causation, and how that feeds into the relatively unexamined question of how cover is to be quantified once established.

The conference will be followed by drinks and canapés.
