Priya Gopal appointed as a Judge of the First-Tier Tribunal

We’re proud to share that Priya Gopal has been appointed as a Judge of the First-Tier Tribunal, assigned to the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber, within the Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Tribunal.
This appointment is effective from 22nd September and marks a significant milestone in Priya’s legal career.
With expertise spanning Property Law, Costs, Professional Liability, and Commercial Dispute Resolution, Priya is well-positioned to manage disputes involving overlapping legal issues.
She will now bring her legal expertise to a new appointment with the SEND Tribunal, which plays a vital role in supporting the rights of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.
