Gatehouse Chambers’ insolvency barristers deal with the full range of issues relating to insolvency, from looking at strategies to avoid insolvency including mediation through to individual, partnership or corporate voluntary arrangements, moratoria, administration, receivership and restructuring.
We act in both domestic and international insolvencies and regularly work with lawyers in other jurisdictions. Our barristers act for companies, creditors and insolvency practitioners in both domestic, offshore and international liquidations (including the Channel Islands, Caribbean, the US, Hong Kong, Russia, Korea). Details of our international experience can be found here.
The team regularly contributes to Practical Law and LexisNexis (including their regular Insolvency Case Alerter) as well as other publications.
